Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?

The booking process is quick and intuitive. Type in all the relevant info and don’t forget the flight number of you’re flying in. That way we can keep track of your flight and make sure we’re at the airport once you land. Choose your payment option, click Book now and you’re all set. The transfer will be automatically added to our calendar.
- What information do I need in order to book?

We will need your first and last name, pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers,, time of arrival, flight number in case you’re flying and credit card info in order to confirm your reservation.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

In the off chance the route is not appearing automatically, give us a call or write an email. We’ll sort it out.
- How do I pay for my transfer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. You can choose to pay the full amount up front or 25% downpayment. The rest is paid to the driver at the end of the transfer.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Of course. Let us know in the note you would like to add an extra stop. If it is merely dropping off one of your party members to a nearby location, that’s free of charge. Shopping and up to 10km detours will be EUR 15.00, anything over that EUR 1.50 per kilometer.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

Our vans can fit at least eight big suitcases however the most creative thinkers among our drivers have been known to squeeze in much more than eight.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

If you’re flying in, the driver will wait for you at airport arrivals holding your name. If the pickup location is somewhere else, the driver will meet you at the address you provided.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If that happens you can call our dispatchers and we will sort it out.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If the total number of passengers is more than 8, we need to upgrade to a minibus or a full size bus. If it’s still under 8, let us know so we can send a suitable vehicle with enough seats.
